Official Terms & Conditions
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor
The Lightship Northern California Getaway Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Lightship Energy, Inc. ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, and contractors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on June 24, 2026 and ends on July 4, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Entries received outside of the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter
Eligible participants may enter by completing and submitting the designated survey during the Sweepstakes Period.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries may be disqualified at Sponsor's sole discretion.

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Terms & Conditions and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

5. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The drawing will occur on or about July 6, 2026.

The potential winner will be notified using the contact information provided with their survey submission. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within seven (7) days, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to complete any required documentation, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:

  • Round-trip airfare for two (2) people to and from the San Francisco Bay Area
  • Up to three (3) nights in a stationary Lightship RV located at a Northern California campsite selected by Sponsor
  • Accommodations and campsite arrangements determined by Sponsor in consultation with the winner
  • Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $5,000 USD.

Travel must be completed by December 31, 2026, on dates mutually agreed upon by Sponsor and the winner.

The actual value of the prize may vary depending on travel dates and availability. Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded.

7. Prize Conditions
Winner must travel with guest(s) on the same itinerary.

Winner and guest(s) are solely responsible for any expenses not expressly included in the prize description, including but not limited to:

  • Ground transportation
  • Meals and beverages
  • Travel insurance
  • Personal expenses
  • Incidentals
  • Any other costs not specifically identified as part of the prize


Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. No substitution is permitted except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

8. Additional Documentation Required
As a condition of receiving and participating in the prize experience, the winner and guest may be required to execute and return additional documents requested by Sponsor, including but not limited to affidavits of eligibility, liability releases, publicity releases (where permitted by law), travel agreements, and other documents reasonably necessary to administer the prize experience.

Failure to timely execute such documents may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

9. Taxes
Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner for the actual value of the prize.

10. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, city and state of residence, photographs, statements, and other submitted content for promotional purposes in any media now known or later developed, without further compensation or notice.

11. Release of Liability
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize, including but not limited to personal injury, death, property damage, or loss.

12. Travel and Experience Modifications
Sponsor reserves the right to modify travel dates, campsite location, accommodations, itinerary, or other elements of the prize experience due to weather, safety concerns, availability, operational requirements, or circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.

Any substituted arrangements will be of comparable value.

Sponsor shall not be responsible for cancellations, delays, injuries, losses, or damages resulting from acts of God, weather events, natural disasters, government actions, transportation disruptions, labor disputes, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.

13. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Terms & Conditions, or acts in a manner deemed disruptive or unsportsmanlike.

14. Privacy
Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

15. Governing Law
The Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

16. Winner List
To request the name of the winner, send an email to support@lightshiprv.com within sixty (60) days following winner selection.
